Terms & Conditions

1.Registration & Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed only once the applicable registration or course fee has been received. A seat is reserved solely for the named student and is not transferable to another individual without our written consent. Details provided at the time of registration must be accurate, as they are used for scheduling, communication, and certification.

2.Course Syllabus & Schedules

Course content, class timings, and schedules are subject to modification. We may adjust the syllabus, trainer allocation, or class timing where necessary to maintain the quality of instruction, and we will make reasonable efforts to inform enrolled students in advance of any significant change.

3.Fees & Payment

Course fees are payable by cash, UPI, card, or bank transfer, as recorded on your official payment receipt. Where fees are payable in instalments, balance amounts are due on the dates specified on that receipt. Continued access to classes is conditional on fees being paid on schedule.

4.Refund Policy

As a general rule, fees are non-refundable once registration is complete. The following exception applies:

• Trainer not arranged on time. If Let's Speak Language Training Academy fails to arrange a trainer for the student within the committed time, the fees paid will be fully refunded.

5.Course Duration & Grace Period

Each course is designed to be completed within its stated duration. A grace period of up to 15 days is provided beyond the actual course duration to accommodate reasonable delays. If a student does not complete the course within this grace period, they will be required to pay again to continue the program.

6.Student Support

We are committed to your learning outcomes. Students who need additional assistance to keep pace with the course are provided free extra classes as part of our enhanced student support, at our trainers' discretion.

7.Code of Conduct

Students are expected to attend classes punctually, engage respectfully with trainers and fellow students, and follow the academy's classroom guidelines, whether classes are conducted in person or online. We reserve the right to suspend access for conduct that disrupts classes or is abusive towards staff or other students.

8.Liability

While we take reasonable care in delivering our courses, Let's Speak Language Training Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from scheduling changes, technical issues during online classes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses or policies. The updated Terms will be posted on this page along with a revised "Last updated" date, and will apply to enrolments made after that date.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Let's Speak Language Training Academy is registered.
